Where does FLUE deliver?
FLUE currently delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment is authorised. Standard UK delivery is estimated at 5–7 working days after dispatch. Orders are not normally dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges and any applicable VAT are shown at checkout. There are no separate import duties for standard UK deliveries.
How do I request a return or refund?
Consumers may request a return or refund within 14 days after the day they receive the goods, using the Return or Refund function in the order area. If a return is approved, send the goods back within 14 days and follow the return instructions. Conditions and exclusions apply; see the Refund and Returns policy for full details. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Who pays for return postage?
You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage unless FLUE agrees otherwise. FLUE covers reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. The standard delivery charge paid for the original order is refunded; extra costs for upgraded delivery are not.
What should I do if my parcel has not arrived?
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days after dispatch, submit a non-delivery claim through the order support function or email developer@flueworld.com with your order number. If tracking shows delivery, you may be asked for a carrier enquiry or reference number so FLUE can investigate.
