These terms apply to purchases made through www.flueworld.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by PANFC LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15294167), whose registered office is Flat 21, Dorset House, 14 Mount Pleasant, London, WC1X 0BU, United Kingdom (“Flue”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Using the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, operation or availability. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the Website where reasonably necessary.

2. Products and product information

We try to keep product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that product.

3. Orders and contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We will acknowledge your order by email. A contract is formed when we email you confirming that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing, stock, payment or fraud-prevention issue, and will refund payments for cancelled items.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payments are processed by Airwallex. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewal services.

5. Delivery

Our delivery arrangements are described on our Shipping page. We will deliver within the period stated at checkout and, unless a different period has been agreed, within 30 days. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our Refund and Returns page explains your statutory 14-day cancellation right, how to return goods, and how we handle faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another part of the UK, you also retain any mandatory rights available under the law of that part of the UK.
