UK delivery: estimated 5–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
If you have not received your parcel within 14 days after dispatch, you may submit a non-delivery claim through the Website’s order support function or by emailing developer@flueworld.com with your order number.
Returns & refunds
Request a return or refund within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After approval, send returns back within 14 days, unused, unwashed and in resalable condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories.
You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Standard delivery charges are refunded; upgraded delivery extras are excluded.
Refunds go to your original payment method. For returns, refunds are issued within 14 days after the goods are returned or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.
